  • We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join the growing Temporal team in Bengaluru, India.
  • Our BDRs will work hand in hand with the Sales Team to generate leads and build customer pipelines.
  • Key Responsibilities Proactively outbound prospecting and lead activity management to qualify and market Temporal to potential customers.
  • Discover opportunities from leads and set appointments from those leads.
  • Use strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
  • Understand the Temporal OSS and Cloud solutions to provide high-level introductions.
  • Leverage taught sales techniques to maximize customer interactions.
  • Requirements 2+ years of experience in prospecting roles.
  • Excellent in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
