  • The Head of Business Development for Eastern Europe will drive integrated District strategy, sales growth, and program sales execution across multiple priority markets.
  • Key Responsibilities Serve as Shield AI’s senior District representative across Eastern Europe, engaging senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a unified District strategy aligned with priorities in Europe & Africa.
  • Own district quota and sales performance, including pipeline development, forecast accuracy, order intake, and opportunity execution.
  • Provide strategic direction and coordination for Country Business Development Leads across the District.
  • Oversee cross-functional coordination across multiple departments to support successful capture, execution, and customer outcomes.
  • Requirements Proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
  • Strong understanding of defense and security operations in Eastern Europe.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
