- •The Head of Business Development for Eastern Europe will drive integrated District strategy, sales growth, and program sales execution across multiple priority markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as Shield AI’s senior District representative across Eastern Europe, engaging senior military, government, and industry stakeholders.
- •Develop and execute a unified District strategy aligned with priorities in Europe & Africa.
- •Own district quota and sales performance, including pipeline development, forecast accuracy, order intake, and opportunity execution.
- •Provide strategic direction and coordination for Country Business Development Leads across the District.
- •Oversee cross-functional coordination across multiple departments to support successful capture, execution, and customer outcomes.
- •Requirements Proven track record in business development and sales leadership.
- •Strong understanding of defense and security operations in Eastern Europe.
- •Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- •Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
