TL;DR

- •Counsel patients on new therapies, ensuring understanding and comfort with their medications.
- •Monitor patient adherence and provide ongoing medication consultations.
- •Requirements Licensing: Part A licensed by the Ontario College of Pharmacists, in good standing.
- •Experience: Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience; mail-order or high-volume setting preferred.
- •Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Kroll and general pharmacy IT systems.
