- •This role involves getting Titan's AI agents working in enterprise clients, mapping systems, encoding policies, and tuning agents for reliable resolution of real work.
- •Key Responsibilities Deploy AI agents in client environments, integrating Titan with customer tooling.
- •Tune agents for reliability by monitoring performance and debugging failures.
- •Map client systems and workflows to design how agents fit into their stack.
- •Expand agent coverage to new workflows and ticket types.
- •Translate field learnings into product improvements and roadmap feedback.
- •Requirements 3+ years in Product Management, Forward Deployed Engineer, or similar role.
- •Hands-on and technical, proficient with scripting and APIs.
- •Fluent with AI tools and able to design AI-native workflows.
- •Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
