- •Federato is seeking a Forward Deployed Machine Learning Engineer to build, deploy, and iterate on ML models and agentic workflow features that address real customer needs in the insurance industry.
- •You will apply ML techniques to improve system performance and ensure production-ready solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Build, deploy, and iterate on machine learning models and agentic workflow features.
- •Apply ML techniques to improve accuracy and system performance.
- •Deploy and adapt autonomous agent behaviors into customer-specific workflows.
- •Develop and maintain evaluation pipelines, monitoring systems, and performance metrics.
- •Monitor production systems, diagnose issues, and drive resolution.
- •Requirements Bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field with foundational ML knowledge. 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role delivering ML solutions in production.
- •Hands-on experience adapting, extending, and deploying ML/LLM systems.
- •Strong experience with experimentation, evaluation, and monitoring pipelines.
- •Proven track record of ownership in production systems.
