Build and scale a full-funnel demand engine for Pigment.
- •Pigment seeks a data-driven Head of Revenue Marketing to build and scale a full-funnel demand engine across product-led and enterprise motions, turning intent and engagement signals into predictable pipeline and revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Define integrated demand generation strategy across paid, organic, outbound, and lifecycle channels.
- •Translate intent signals and account intelligence into scalable growth plays and programs.
- •Set quarterly pipeline and ROI targets and present performance to executives.
- •Build and lead a growth team, processes, experimentation, and unified marketing tech/reporting.
- •Requirements 10–15+ years in growth, demand generation, ABM, or outbound in high-growth B2B SaaS.
- •Strong operational, analytical, and cross-channel activation skills.
- •Familiarity with modern GTM stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, N8N, Common Room).
- •Experience with PLG, lifecycle programs, and signal-based marketing strategies.
