- •As a Senior Product Designer at Tandem, you'll be instrumental in shaping our user experience.
- •You’ll collaborate closely with our brilliant Product & Engineering team, and company leadership to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful experiences.
- •The interfaces you design will be the future of how both clinicians and patients interact with the healthcare system.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design work
- •from research and ideation to execution Conduct user interviews and distill insights into actionable product decisions Partner with engineering to ensure design aligns with technical constraints Share early work regularly (from sketches to prototypes) to gather feedback Requirements Proven experience designing digital products with a strong user-centered focus Strong visual design skills and a compelling UX/UI portfolio Proficiency in Figma and design systems Experience leading user research and usability testing Comfort working cross-functionally and managing diverse feedback
