- •Key Responsibilities Lead the enterprise Implementation Engineering team, transforming delivery to a code-and-repo-based, AI-forward model.
- •Own the delivery of solutions for over 250 enterprise partners, ensuring reliable handling of mission-critical communications.
- •Stay hands-on with technical work, including coding, architecting solutions, and troubleshooting.
- •Drive improvements in customer onboarding velocity and satisfaction by translating implementation insights into platform innovations.
- •Build and scale a high-impact team through strategic hiring, mentorship, and skills development.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in engineering, sales engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation engineering, with 3+ years managing technical teams.
- •Experience working with large enterprise customers and a customer-centric mindset.
- •AI-forward integration experience, comfortable coding, troubleshooting, and scaling technical solutions.
- •Proficiency with configuring REST APIs and using Python for integrations.
- •Genuinely hands-on approach, leading by example.
