About the role
Lead system engineering activities and manage a team for developing a robotic orbital station.
- •Join The Exploration Company as a System Engineer Team Lead for our Future Projects unit.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform trade-offs and technical investigations at system level.
- •Define system-level requirements and ensure flow down and consistency of lower-level requirements.
- •Coordinate the technical tasks of the different specialist engineers within the project.
- •Lead the co-engineering sessions between the engineering team and the external partners.
- •Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers across all disciplines.
- •Requirements Advanced degree (MSc) in aerospace engineering, systems engineering, or another related field.
- •Proven work experience of more than 10 years in the aerospace industry.
- •Strong technical background with hands-on engineering experience and working space systems.
- •Fluent in English.
