About the role

Manage and grow Airbnb's strategic API connectivity partnerships in Korea.

  • Manage and grow Airbnb's strategic API connectivity partnerships in Korea, accelerating partner onboarding, integrations, and supply growth while working cross-functionally across APAC.
  • Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of key API/connectivity partners and act as Airbnb’s primary representative.
  • Prospect, contract, onboard and optimize API partners (technical integration and host/listing growth).
  • Drive commercial strategies, conduct business reviews and meet performance KPIs and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Sales, Revenue Operations and Legal to support partners.
  • Requirements 10+ years in key accounts, connectivity or technical partner management at global tech/hospitality firms.
  • Experience with hospitality technology, OTA specs and API integrations.
  • Strong account management, quantitative/data-driven decision making and executive communication skills.
  • Fluent in Korean and English with APAC operating experience.
