About the role
Manage and grow Airbnb's strategic API connectivity partnerships in Korea.
- •Manage and grow Airbnb's strategic API connectivity partnerships in Korea, accelerating partner onboarding, integrations, and supply growth while working cross-functionally across APAC.
- •Key Responsibilities Own a portfolio of key API/connectivity partners and act as Airbnb’s primary representative.
- •Prospect, contract, onboard and optimize API partners (technical integration and host/listing growth).
- •Drive commercial strategies, conduct business reviews and meet performance KPIs and growth targets.
- •Collaborate with Product, Tech Support, Sales, Revenue Operations and Legal to support partners.
- •Requirements 10+ years in key accounts, connectivity or technical partner management at global tech/hospitality firms.
- •Experience with hospitality technology, OTA specs and API integrations.
- •Strong account management, quantitative/data-driven decision making and executive communication skills.
- •Fluent in Korean and English with APAC operating experience.
