Lead supply chain operations for Rohlik's largest market.
- •Lead the supply chain for Rohlik's largest market, focusing on product availability, inventory performance, and automation.
- •Key Responsibilities Own availability, stock health, shrink, OTIF, and working capital.
- •Improve supplier performance and ensure SLA adherence.
- •Lead a team of up to 10 people, staying closely involved in priorities, execution, and problem-solving.
- •Increase automation in ordering, forecasting, and exception handling.
- •Shape tools and workflows with Product and Tech teams.
- •Requirements Extensive experience in supply chain, preferably in retail, FMCG, grocery, or similar.
- •Proven experience in leadership.
- •Strong experience in ordering, inventory management, OTIF, ASN, inbound accuracy.
- •Understanding of fresh/chilled/dry supply chains will be advantageous.
