Lead and build Coder's Forward Deployed Engineering function.

• •Lead and build Coder's Forward Deployed Engineering function in Customer Solutions, focusing on post-sales onboarding, technical "get well" engagements, and adoption of agentic AI development workflows.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and scale a forward deployed engineering program and repeatable post-sales patterns Own onboarding and customer remediation/"get well" motions Work directly with customers to implement technical and organizational changes Partner with Field CTO and leadership to align strategy and product feedback Contribute to hiring and team formation Requirements Experience leading or building technical customer-facing teams (professional services, FDE, solution architecture) Ability to operate as both a hands-on builder and manager Technical depth with cloud-native platforms and developer workflows Comfort with ambiguity and designing new operating models
