About the role

Lead OEM partnerships for Enode.

  • Lead OEM partnerships for Enode, signing and growing strategic device manufacturer relationships to scale the platform across EV, charger, solar and storage manufacturers.
  • Key Responsibilities Source, negotiate and close OEM partnerships end-to-end.
  • Grow and retain existing OEM partners, ensuring value realisation.
  • Identify and sell new products to OEMs to open revenue streams.
  • Develop and improve the partnerships playbook, including redesigning processes using AI.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales and Operations to deliver on partner commitments.
  • Requirements 5+ years experience in business development/partnerships (B2B software or energy preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable in technical, commercial and legal discussions.
