Senior Manager, Procurement & Vendor Management

Lead procurement and vendor management for Ethos Life.

• •Lead Ethos's end-to-end procurement and vendor management function to source, negotiate, and manage partners across Tech/SaaS, underwriting data, professional services, and marketing.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing and selection of vendors across business units.
• •Negotiate complex, high-value contracts optimizing cost, SLAs, and scalability.
• •Manage vendor lifecycle, performance reviews, renewals, and renegotiations.
• •Design streamlined procurement processes for transparency and speed.
• •Partner with Legal and Security on risk, compliance, and data privacy.
• •Requirements 8+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• •Experience with Technology/SaaS and third-party data procurement.
• •Proficiency in financial modeling and spend analysis.
• •Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
