About the role

Lead Lovable's Nordic presence, building relationships and driving product adoption.

  • Lead Lovable's presence across the Nordics by building relationships with VCs, accelerators and builders, and running region-specific community programs that drive product adoption and pipeline.
  • Key Responsibilities Own VC and founder ecosystem motion across Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway.
  • Design and run community concepts (events, hackathons, workshops) with clear ROI.
  • Attend key regional events and run hands-on product sessions to drive adoption.
  • Translate field feedback into product, marketing and GTM insights.
  • Requirements 5–7 years building community, ecosystem, or founder programs at scaling tech/SaaS/devtools companies.
  • Strong founder/builder fluency and zero-to-one program experience.
  • Comfortable public speaking and running workshops.
  • Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish is a plus).
