  • Key Responsibilities Manage relationships, revenue, contracts, and account outcomes Partner with customer engineering/quality teams to improve product quality and root cause analysis Project-manage delivery and adoption of technical solutions Drive renewals, mitigate churn, and uncover upsell/cross-sell opportunities Requirements B.S. in Engineering or equivalent technical experience 8+ years of experience with technical/manufacturing and client-facing roles Strong communication and executive presentation skills Commercial/business acumen and account management experience
