Lead Operator

Leads and coaches the Operator team, ensuring smooth operations and member experience.

• •The Lead Operator owns day-to-day performance, quality of scanning operations, and member experience while remaining hands-on as an operator and interfacing between HQ and the clinic floor.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop the Operator team through 1:1s and feedback.
• •Own daily workflow, room readiness and shift scheduling.
• •Act as operational escalation point and triage issues on the floor.
• •Monitor operator KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• •Support recruitment, training, and partner with Facilities/Tech/Governance.
• •Requirements Previous people leadership or operational management experience.
• •Approval from Lead Operator and Clinic Lead to apply.
• •Strong interpersonal skills: coaching, feedback, and team building.
