Deepen customer relationships and expand Ivalua's solution footprint.
- •The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for deepening Ivalua's relationship with larger established customers and growing the footprint of our solutions within these organizations in the North EMEA region.
- •Key Responsibilities Establish Ivalua as a trusted advisor to key customers.
- •Ensure optimal adoption of Ivalua's solutions within our customers.
- •Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Professional Services, and Implementation partners.
- •Requirements Experience in customer facing roles.
- •Knowledge of procurement industry practices.
- •Excellent communication skills in English.
