• •This role is crucial for scaling operations efficiently while achieving high student and partner outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Drive strategic initiatives to improve the student journey from learning to job placement.
• •Design and implement experiments to improve student retention, learning, and placement outcomes.
• •Optimize operations and metrics tracking for a growing team of student experience professionals.
• •Own end-to-end projects, including revamping processes and scoping product features.
• •Requirements 5+ years of consulting or business operations experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, preferably in edtech or healthcare.
• •Strong analytical acumen and ability to optimize metrics.
• •Ability to own both strategy and execution.
• •Ability to align multiple stakeholders on strategic direction.
