Lead the Customer Experience team to improve product adoption and customer engagement.
- •FourKites is seeking a driven and customer-obsessed Product Manager to lead the Customer Experience (CX) team within the Visibility Group.
- •This role focuses on understanding customer adoption and usage of visibility products to drive targeted product improvements.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and analyze adoption metrics (feature usage, engagement, retention) for the product portfolio.
- •Identify adoption gaps and friction points through customer engagement and data analysis.
- •Develop and execute a product adoption roadmap with prioritized enhancements.
- •Translate customer insights and usage data into detailed product requirements and user stories.
- •Requirements 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a focus on customer adoption or customer experience.
- •Proven ability to work hands-on with data, including SQL and analytics tools.
- •Strong customer engagement skills and experience conducting customer interviews.
- •Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and customer success teams in an agile environment.
