Drive complex, cross-functional programs at Fam to scale its fintech platform.
- •As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Fam, you will drive complex, cross-functional programs that intersect product, engineering, risk, compliance, and business.
- •You will scale Fam’s fintech platform by delivering high-impact initiatives end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of large, cross-functional programs.
- •Lead strategic initiatives focused on reducing time-to-market and improving scalability.
- •Act as a technical problem solver, unblocking teams and driving consensus.
- •Collaborate with senior business and engineering leadership to define program goals.
- •Define and improve program management processes and execution frameworks.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience working with software engineering teams. 5+ years of experience in technical program or product management roles. 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs end-to-end.
- •Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated consumer tech platforms.
- •Strong experience in project management disciplines.
