- •We're looking for an IT Manager to own and scale our network, endpoint, and IT operations infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end network infrastructure: firewalls, switches, routers, and wireless Ensure high uptime via redundancy planning, VPN management, and ISP SLAs Monitor performance, logs, and alerts; proactively resolve issues Manage enterprise firewall configurations (policy, NAT, VPNs) Manage Mac, Windows, and Linux environments at scale Requirements 8-12 years in IT infrastructure & operations, with 3+ years in leadership Experience managing IT for 500+ users Strong hands-on expertise in: Firewalls (policy management, NAT, VPN), Layer 3 networking (routing, VLANs, ACLs), Network fundamentals (routing, NAT, VPNs, troubleshooting) Experience with MDM / endpoint management systems Strong understanding of network + security fundamentals
