About the role
TL;DR
Builds AI and automation systems for Faire's go-to-market revenue organization.
- •GTM Engineering builds and operates intelligent systems, integrations, and automations for Faire's GTM revenue organization.
- •This role focuses on building the next generation of AI and automation across Faire's go-to-market stack, taking manual work off Sales and leveraging Faire's data across the customer lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations for lead routing, account enrichment, and customer lifecycle signals.
- •Own and extend core parts of our Salesforce and GTM systems architecture.
- •Partner with data teams to ensure GTM data layer signals trigger automated actions.
- •Collaborate with Sales, Success, and RevOps to identify high-leverage AI and automation opportunities.
- •Establish monitoring, guardrails, and measurement for AI capabilities against business metrics.
- •Requirements 5+ years building automation, integrations, or tooling in a GTM, RevOps, or Business Systems context.
- •Hands-on Salesforce experience and familiarity with the modern GTM stack (ETL, Reverse ETL, Snowflake, Gong, GitHub).
- •Production experience with integration/automation tooling (Workato, Zapier, n8n or similar).
- •Working fluency with AI tooling (LLM APIs, agent/orchestration frameworks).
- •Comfort with SQL and Python/scripting for building and debugging pipelines.
