- •As Lead Learning Scientist, you will ensure that our clients' AI-powered education solutions are grounded in learning science, measurably effective, and set a global standard for what trustworthy AI in education looks like.
- •Key Responsibilities Leading the design of learning goals, skill models, adaptivity logic and feedback systems across flagship client engagements.
- •Creating and owning Faculty's Learning Science Playbook.
- •Designing and overseeing rigorous evaluations that give clients credible evidence their systems improve learning.
- •Partnering with product, data science and engineering leads to ensure learning systems are technically robust and pedagogically sound.
- •Contributing learning science expertise to Faculty's safety and assurance work.
- •Requirements Expertise in learning science and educational technology.
- •Experience in designing and evaluating AI-powered learning systems.
- •Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- •Commitment to evidence-based practices and safety in AI.
