Operations Program Manager, Senior Staff

Drives end-to-end manufacturing readiness and execution for hardware products.

• •The Senior Staff Operations Program Manager drives end-to-end manufacturing readiness and execution for hardware products, coordinating Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Contract Manufacturers to achieve on-time, on-cost, high-quality launches.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead NPI programs through EVT/DVT/PVT to mass production, owning schedule, scope, cost, and risk.
• •Manage manufacturing readiness: process flow, tooling, test coverage, and operator training.
• •Partner with Supply Chain on capacity, material availability, and risk mitigation.
• •Drive yield improvement, quality problem solving (8D), and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Requirements Experience managing manufacturing programs and NPI at contract manufacturers.
• •Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (yield, throughput, RTY) and capacity planning.
• •Skilled in drive corrective actions, ECO/ECN implementation, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
