- •Crusoe is seeking an experienced Project Safety Advisor to lead health, safety, and environmental programs during the critical phases of hyperscale AI data center construction.
- •This role is at the intersection of heavy industrial construction and mission-critical infrastructure.
- •Key Responsibilities Own site-wide health, safety, and environmental (HSE) programs for hyperscale data center construction projects.
- •Perform daily walkthroughs focused on high-risk activities including trenching, crane operations, and heavy equipment.
- •Lead safety oversight during the transition to live power environments.
- •Audit prime contractor safety programs and lead weekly safety leadership meetings.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years in heavy industrial construction safety.
- •Current OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification or OSHA 510; First Aid, CPR, and AED certification.
- •Deep working knowledge of OSHA construction regulations and NFPA 70E.
