Credit & Collections Manager

Manage global AR portfolio, oversee collections teams, and ensure timely collections.

• •CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Manager, Credit & Collections to oversee a global Accounts Receivable portfolio exceeding $2B.
• •This role is critical for optimizing cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee a global AR portfolio exceeding $2B, ensuring timely collections and minimized bad debt.
• •Conduct detailed credit reviews for new and existing customers using Salesforce.
• •Manage, train, and oversee outsourced collections teams in Costa Rica and Poland.
• •Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and dispute resolution.
• •Design, maintain, and analyze key AR and collections metrics, presenting insights to executive leadership.
• •Requirements 7+ years of progressive experience in Credit & Collections, with at least 3 years managing large, enterprise-level portfolios.
• •Proven ability to lead, mentor, and influence distributed and outsourced teams.
• •Strong experience using Salesforce (SFDC) for credit approvals and workflow management.
