Product Manager, Currency Expansion & Payments - Latam

Drive currency expansion across Latin America for reliable cross-border payment rails.

• •Own currency expansion across Latin America, driving new settlement corridors, liquidity partnerships, compliance clearance, and engineering prioritization to launch reliable cross-border payment rails.
• •Key Responsibilities Own corridor launches end-to-end from alpha to GA, including readiness reviews and pricing.
• •Prioritize engineering work, write specs, and set sprint priorities with EMs.
• •Manage relationships with liquidity providers and banking partners for settlement rails.
• •Coordinate with Legal/Regulatory to navigate jurisdiction-specific compliance.
• •Drive post-launch adoption and build a repeatable regional launch playbook.
• •Requirements 8+ years of Product Management experience owning complex B2B/infrastructure deliveries.
• •Experience in cross-border payments, FX, card networks, or digital asset products.
• •Multi-market product launches across countries/jurisdictions.
• •Strong operational rigor and multi-dependency workflow management.
