  • As a Senior Business Development Representative at Taktile, you'll drive AI adoption in Financial Services by engaging future customers and identifying new market opportunities.
  • This role is pivotal for enabling our sales team to focus on high-value activities.
  • Key Responsibilities Own pipeline-generating activities and outreach to strategic prospects.
  • Support the development and execution of strategic outbound initiatives.
  • Lead conference attendance and host events to meet industry leaders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, growth, and sales teams, applying qualification frameworks.
  • Conduct initial qualifications for high-potential leads.
  • Requirements 2-3+ years of experience in a fast-growing startup, preferably in lead management or project management roles, or in finance & investment banking, consulting, or software engineering.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed activity and pipeline targets.
  • Familiarity with outbound tools such as HubSpot, Aircall, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
