Software Engineering Manager

• •As an Engineering Manager at Archive, you’ll lead a team of software engineers responsible for building and scaling a platform that powers branded resale for 50+ global brands.
• •This is a hands-on people leadership role where success is measured by the strength of your team, the quality of execution, and the consistency of outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead and grow a team of engineers, owning performance management, coaching, and day-to-day people leadership Build a high-trust team culture where engineers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do their best work Run a strong operating cadence (1:1s, feedback loops, goal-setting, and career development) to help engineers grow their skills and impact Requirements Experience managing a team of software engineers, including running performance reviews and growth conversations Prior experience as a tech lead or EM accountable for delivery and execution against a roadmap Strong technical foundation as a software engineer, with the ability to review PRs, coach technical decisions, and engage meaningfully in architectural discussions
