Staff Applied AI Engineer

Develop and implement AI-powered features for Pleo's products.

• •This role involves shaping AI-powered product features, collaborating with various teams to take ideas from prototype to production.
• •Key Responsibilities Work with product engineers and data specialists to build and ship AI-powered products.
• •Collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to advise and prioritize on product development.
• •Own the evaluation, monitoring, and operationalization of AI features in production.
• •Partner with the GenAI Core platform team to define and prioritize tooling for the company.
• •Requirements Proven experience shipping GenAI features at scale in a customer-facing product.
• •Ability to translate complex business challenges and product visions into scalable AI solutions.
• •Experience setting up evals, monitoring, and production observability for LLM-based systems.
