  • The Client Support Specialist is the first point of contact for clients seeking Lyra's mental health services, managing high-volume inbound channels and guiding clients through needs assessments, triage, and referrals.
  • Key Responsibilities Conduct needs assessments and educate clients on services and benefits Perform risk triage and escalate safety concerns to clinical teams Manage high-volume inbound calls, chats, and emails in a contact center environment Use CRM tools to document interactions and navigate systems Work scheduled shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Requirements Minimum 1 year customer support or high-touch service experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or chat tools Ability to handle high-volume workloads and multitask across channels Flexibility to work designated shift (Sunday-Thursday evening)
