- •You'll handle strategic accounts, build relationships, and drive customer success.
- •Key Responsibilities Handle a portfolio of strategic accounts and flagship companies Build and maintain strong customer relationships Proactively identify potential signals of dissatisfaction and implement solutions Ensure successful onboarding of new accounts Analyze and present consumption reports to customers Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role Excellent track record of over-performance Fluency in Dutch and English (French fluency is also a plus) Strong negotiation and positive lobbying skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
