Master Scheduler

Develop and maintain production schedules for advanced manufacturing operations.

• •The Master Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating production schedules across Machina Labs’ advanced manufacturing operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and communicate the master production schedule across multiple manufacturing work centers.
• •Coordinate scheduling for robotic forming cells, welding, post-processing, outside processing, inspection, and shipping activities.
• •Partner with Engineering and Production teams to translate project requirements, routings, travelers, and technical priorities into executable schedules.
• •Monitor project health, schedule adherence, production constraints, and critical path items.
• •Identify schedule risks, resource conflicts, material shortages, and out Requirements Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• •Comfortable operating in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with shifting priorities.
• •Strong sense of urgency, clear communication, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to identify schedule risks before they impact project health.
• •Must meet the U.S. person requirements as defined by ITAR and EAR regulations.
