TL;DR

- •We are looking for an innovative engineer to join our team and help deliver value to consumers while leveraging their data responsibly.
- •Key Responsibilities Facilitate the complete end-to-end customer experience.
- •Oversee and run the resolution of critical technical issues.
- •Research, document, and prioritize customer issues.
- •Provide expert guidance to customers on best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining applications on the Ketch platform.
- •Work closely with engineering and product teams to advocate for customer needs.
- •Requirements Proficient in tailoring pre-existing solutions (websites, mobile apps, integrations).
- •Strong expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs.
- •Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Ruby.
- •Adept at utilizing Postman to test and troubleshoot APIs.
- •Advanced skills in developing dynamic and static websites using modern technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- •Experience in creating cross-platform mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin).
