• •You will drive performance across a high-volume pipeline of homeowner leads, focusing on improving sales performance and conversion rates through effective coaching and team support.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations of a high-volume inside sales team, ensuring consistent coverage and resolving escalated homeowner concerns.
• •Set and manage monthly sales targets, evaluating performance through reporting and call reviews, and coaching representatives to improve conversion rates.
• •Develop and implement monthly sales training plans and lead call center sales initiatives.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on performance management for telephonic sales teams.
• •Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
