- •As Head of Sales Ops & Enablement, you will build the processes and data infrastructure that transforms sales into a scalable engine.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and run the pipeline cadence, forecast methodology, and CRM discipline.
- •Build and own sales onboarding with structured ramp plans and enablement content.
- •Develop the team through regular coaching and performance identification.
- •Standardise the sales playbook to make it teachable and repeatable.
- •Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
- •Requirements Operational leader with a high bar and a builder mentality.
- •Data-driven decision-maker with a background in consulting or high-performance B2B SaaS sales.
- •Experience in managing salespeople and coaching performance.
- •Scale experience with a background in fintech, financial services, or private markets.
