  • As Head of Sales Ops & Enablement, you will build the processes and data infrastructure that transforms sales into a scalable engine.
  • Key Responsibilities Design and run the pipeline cadence, forecast methodology, and CRM discipline.
  • Build and own sales onboarding with structured ramp plans and enablement content.
  • Develop the team through regular coaching and performance identification.
  • Standardise the sales playbook to make it teachable and repeatable.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
  • Requirements Operational leader with a high bar and a builder mentality.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with a background in consulting or high-performance B2B SaaS sales.
  • Experience in managing salespeople and coaching performance.
  • Scale experience with a background in fintech, financial services, or private markets.
