- •Adyen is seeking a Manager for its In-Person-Payments Tooling team to guide the vision and execution for CI/CD Engineering.
- •This role focuses on creating and enabling a high-performing platform engineering team to manage the SDLC for Android and iOS applications.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead a team of DevOps and Infrastructure Engineers in designing and implementing high-performance CI/CD pipelines.
- •Define the roadmap for automating build processes, caching optimizations, and security scanning.
- •Coach engineers in troubleshooting complex build failures and developing an "automation-first" mindset.
- •Collaborate with mobile developers and infrastructure teams to ensure tooling health, monitoring, and alerting.
- •Champion quality-focused initiatives to ensure CI/CD pipeline code stability.
- •Requirements Proven track record (3+ years) as a Technical Manager or Team Lead.
- •Experience clearing roadblocks and fostering an environment where diverse perspectives thrive.
- •Ability to guide teams toward logical, scalable infrastructure solutions.
