- •Help small business customers choose and onboard to Gusto via high-volume inbound phone, chat, and email interactions, using advisory sales and customer success skills.
- •Key Responsibilities Handle inbound interactions across phone, chat, and email Drive onboarding outcomes and milestones to first payroll run Position upgrades and surface cross-sell opportunities Develop product expertise and use AI-powered workflows Requirements 1+ years in high-volume sales or customer service with cross-selling/up-selling Strong phone, email, and chat communication Customer-focused with ethical practices Experience integrating AI into daily workflows
