People Operations Analyst - 12 Month FTC

Manage employee lifecycle operations and enhance employee experience through process improvement and technology.

• •OakNorth is seeking a People Operations Analyst on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support its growing teams.
• •This role focuses on delivering an exceptional employee experience by managing the operational heartbeat of the employee lifecycle and leveraging technology.
• •Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end onboarding and manage key employee lifecycle activities.
• •Ensure HR systems data is accurate and maintain organized, audit-ready employee records.
• •Act as the first point of contact for People Operations queries and support benefits administration.
• •Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve People Operations processes using AI and technology.
• •Requirements 2-4 years' experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• •Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and experience with HR systems (ideally HiBob).
• •Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities.
• •Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and interest in AI/automation.
