- •As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery.
- •Key Responsibilities Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities.
- •Utilize internal and third-party tools to generate leads and discover white space.
- •Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
- •Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities.
- •Participate in call-out days, events, and customer meetings with sales colleagues.
- •Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
- •Contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
- •Requirements Proficiency in both German and English.
- •Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
