  • As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead discovery.
  • Key Responsibilities Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities.

  • Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
  • Requirements Proficiency in both German and English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
