  • The Merchant Technical Analyst will support BVNK's merchant base by handling escalated technical and integration queries.
  • Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyze application/service logs to identify and resolve merchant issues.
  • Handle elevated escalations, ensuring timely resolution of complex technical problems.
  • Manage urgent merchant account tech/integration queries, providing prompt resolutions.
  • Deep-dive into logs, investigate API responses, and use developer tools to identify root causes.
  • Operationally embed with an Engineering Squad, joining daily standups and participating in bug prioritization.
  • Requirements Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Deep understanding of payment flows, API integrations, and transaction monitoring.
  • Experience with logging, API responses, and developer tools.
  • Ability to work closely with internal teams such as Engineering, Trading, and Account Management.
