- •Join Datadog's Technical Solutions team to support and educate clients on our platform.
- •Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests.
- •Reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog’s integrations.
- •Become demo certified and lead product demos to customers.
- •Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on client feedback.
- •Train as a specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
- •Requirements A Computer Science / Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate.
- •Active contribution to open-source projects and the Engineering Community.
- •Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learning.
- •A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach.
