  • Join Datadog's Technical Solutions team to support and educate clients on our platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Engage with customers via multiple channels to resolve technical support requests.
  • Reproduce technical issues and dive into Datadog’s integrations.
  • Become demo certified and lead product demos to customers.
  • Participate in product conversations with internal teams based on client feedback.
  • Train as a specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
  • Requirements A Computer Science / Engineering major and/or Bootcamp graduate.
  • Active contribution to open-source projects and the Engineering Community.
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, and have a desire for continuous learning.
  • A critical thinker who defaults to a client-centric approach.
