Senior Engineering Manager, Builder Enablement - Front End

Lead the Builder Enablement team to enhance product quality through design systems and AI.

• •Lead the Builder Enablement team that owns Gusto's design system and AI tooling to help engineers, designers, PMs, and AI agents ship high-quality products.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a team of senior engineers focused on design systems and AI-assisted development Partner with Design and Product leadership to set strategy and direction Run weekly experiments, build evals, and guide AI usage in workflows Collaborate with engineering leaders on shared tooling and platform direction Requirements Experience leading engineering teams and coaching senior engineers Strong understanding of design systems and frontend platform development Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling and integrating AI into engineering workflows Cross-functional collaboration with Design and Product partners
