• •Key Responsibilities Design and deliver scalable Java microservices for finance core and reconciliation.
• •Define and enforce engineering standards and audit repositories.
• •Drive automation to reduce manual reviews and improve workflows.
• •Mentor teammates via code/design reviews and knowledge sharing.
• •Requirements 7+ years hands-on experience with Java and frameworks like Spring/Spring Boot.
• •Experience with microservice architectures and databases (relational and non-relational).
• •Experience with cloud providers (AWS preferred) and ability to work with Python codebases.
• •Strong financial/reconciliation domain understanding and attention to accuracy.
