Director of Growth Creative to lead brand and performance creative across key channels.
- •Lead the intersection of brand and performance creative for Bumble, owning how the brand appears across high-impact channels like UA, ASO, SEO, CRM, and social.
- •This role combines creative direction, copy leadership, production oversight, and creative operations to drive measurable growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and translate brand strategy into performance-driven creative for various channels.
- •Lead concept development, copy excellence, and creative production lifecycle.
- •Build scalable creative systems and testing frameworks for high-volume environments.
- •Manage and develop a multidisciplinary creative team.
- •Serve as the primary creative partner to Growth, PMM, and Brand teams.
- •Requirements 8+ years in creative roles spanning brand marketing and performance/growth.
- •Strong copy background with proven ability to lead messaging across multiple channels.
- •Deep experience in performance channels (UA, paid social, ASO, SEO/landing pages, CRM).
