• •Senior engineering leader running a 30+ org spanning product, platform, and applied AI, staying hands-on and accountable for technical and business outcomes in an on-site Stockholm or London role.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead product, platform, and applied AI engineering and own roadmap and outcomes.
• •Set cross-team technical direction and hold a high bar for shipping.
• •Shape engineering culture, hiring, career growth, and operating norms.
• •Build operating model for humans and AI agents working together.
• •Operate as an executive peer and translate strategy into engineering work.
• •Requirements 15+ years engineering experience with 6+ years people management and 2+ years managing managers.
• •Experience running engineering orgs of 30+ with managers reporting in.
• •Hands-on Tech Lead ability: code, ship, incident response, and review.
• •Deep technical credibility in full-stack, platform/devex, or applied AI.
