Senior Workplace Manager - Design & Build

Own end-to-end delivery of workplace design and construction projects globally.

• •Senior Workplace Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery of global office build-outs, fit-outs, and workplace improvement projects, ensuring design intent, budget, schedule, and quality.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead scoping, planning, permitting, procurement, construction, and handover of fit-out projects Manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and vendor accountability Run RFPs, select vendors, negotiate contracts, and conduct site visits Coordinate with Real Estate, Workplace Experience, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders Requirements 6-10 years in workplace, commercial construction, or corporate real estate project management Proven track record delivering complex fit-outs on time and on budget Familiarity with permitting, local building codes, and construction administration Proficiency in project management tools and working knowledge of AutoCAD (Revit a plus)
