- •ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Product Marketer to scale its "ElevenLabs for Government" offering into global government and public sector markets.
- •This role will focus on shaping and marketing AI-powered voice and chat agents to address the increasing demands on government agencies.
- •Key Responsibilities Own positioning and packaging for ElevenLabs for Government.
- •Scale the narrative across national and local government in the UK, EU, Federal, State, and Local in the US, and public sector agencies across APAC, LATAM, and more.
- •Anchor messaging in citizen outcomes such as non-emergency contact centers, benefits and eligibility, and health and social services.
- •Position the solution for accessibility, compliance, language requirements, and security mandates.
- •Lead industry content, landing pages, and thought leadership pieces.
- •Requirements Experienced product marketer with a track record of scaling messaging into Government and Public Sector segments.
- •Experience marketing into more than one segment of the public sector.
- •Technical understanding of conversational agents, including latency, telephony, tool calls, evals, and guardrails.
- •Excellent project management skills across multiple countries and regulatory regimes.
- •Proactive and autonomous work style, prioritizing learning and contribution.
