About the role
TL;DR
Supports planning and execution of marketing events for Sparrow.
- •Support planning and execution of Sparrow’s marketing events, helping bring our brand to life through meaningful in-person and virtual experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Support planning and execution of Sparrow’s hosted and sponsored B2B marketing events, including webinars, executive dinners, tradeshows, and conferences.
- •Manage event logistics from start to finish, including venue and vendor coordination, asset and swag management, shipping, on-site execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- •Coordinate cross-functional and external partners to align timelines, creative deliverables, and campaign execution.
- •Requirements BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. 1-3 years in events or field marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- •Demonstrated experience in supporting event marketing programs including vendor coordination, asset and swag management, campaign support, and on-site event execution.
